CAN-G Stabilizers to reduce impact of thermocycling

We manufacture Calcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN, 26% N). In Pakistan’s harsh summers, large day–night swings (≈45–50 °C daytime to 25–30 °C nighttime) drive thermocycling, leading to prill breakdown and powdering, which shortens shelf life.

Has anyone successfully used thermocycling stabilizers for CAN? I’m particularly interested in proven additives or process tweaks that raise the effective thermocycling threshold above 45 °C. Field experiences, recommended dosages, and any before/after QC data would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
